When will I receive my order?
We take pride in selling the highest quality products, from the best designers and manufactures from around the world. The majority of our products are built to order, which means that you are getting custom furniture with the exact finishes that you desire. To provide this service, there is typically a 4-8 week lead time for our products. Please bear this in mind when making an order. However, some of our Brands offer quick shipping products, this will be stated in the product description.
What are your shipping costs?
All UK deliveries are FREE of charge :)
What is your return/refund policy?

When will you receive more stock?

What condition is the furniture in?
We stock New, Used and Refurbished products. Our Used products are sold as is. Our refurbished products are refurbished to the highest standard before leaving our factory to reach you looking like new. We aim to make you feel just as proud of your new chair as we are while saving the planet.
What is the best chair for working from home?

What is the height range on your electric desks?
The height range on the electic desk is 65-90cm.
Do you provide a VAT reciept?
Yes we provide a VAT reciept with all our products sold.
Can I collect my product?
We currently do not offer a collection service. Products are shipped from our warehouse in Scotland FREE of charge anywhere in the UK.
Do you buy back furniture?
If you have furniture that that’s clean, in good condition and from a trusted furniture brand, simply send us an email and we’ll be in touch. You can reach us on on customerservice@theofficecrowd.com. To make the process more straightforward, please send through photos and a detailed list of the items of furniture you would like to sell and we’ll respond promptly with an offer.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Every product is backed with a warranty. From design to manufacturing, delivery to service we are committed to quality. Our 'New' products come with brand-specific warranties and we honor a 12 month warranty on all our 'Used' products.
Do you have a store?
No, we do not have a physical store. All products are stored in our warehouse in Scotland and distributed Free of charge anywhere in the UK. Free delivery is only applicable on all online orders through the TOC website.
Can I see more pictures of the product?
